PAPERLESS PRESS ROOM
In the interest of minimizing the amount of paper that is wasted each year in the press room as a result of extra and left over press kits at the end of the show, we strongly encourage Interbike exhibitors to upload an electronic version of their press kits in pdf format to our website and keep a minimal amount of kits in their booth in the event that a member of the press would like a physical copy. One copy of the press kit per exhibitor will be allowed in the press room at the convention center for browsing by the press.

The online "paperless press room" is a password-protected area that is accessible only by accredited working media. Exhibitors can access our FTP site to upload their files.

We have updated the process for uploading and accessing Interbike exhibitors' electronic press kits since last year:

Media:
Once your working media credentials have been approved and you are registered for the show, you should receive a communication from our PR/Media relations firm, SOAR Communications with instructions and password information.
