Kemco Group International has partnered with Kunshan Giant Light Metal Technology Co., Ltd. (GLM) to produce Vuelta-branded wheels for the Asian and global bicycle marketplaces.

Wheels are being manufactured in a new Shanghai factory under Vuelta China, as the newly-created joint venture is called by the California-based sales and marketing company and GLM, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Giant Global Group of Taiwan.
